The Dolphin Watching and Snorkeling adventure at Punta Mona is an amazing local flavor experience! You will start off by boarding a motor boat of one of the local fishermen who will be your tour guide. He will bring you out to hopefully observe dolphins and take you to the best snorkeling area to observe tropical fish above a coral reef. No snorkeling, few dolphins, and we were left on a beach (not a swimming one) for 3 hours with little to do while the boat went off to pick up other people for another activity. What was supposed to be a 4 hour activity turned out to be close to 7 hours.
