What is assisted independent travel?
The majority of vacations we provide are under the assisted independent travel model. This is different than traditional guided group tours, which are simply not necessary in Costa Rica due to the advanced tourism infrastructure. It is also different than the online travel booking sites, which do not provide any insight, advice or logistical support.
With assisted independent travel, you provide us with information and we then respond with recommendations based on your interests, current availability and within your budget. We then work together to fine tune it to your needs. During this process, you gain local knowledge, firsthand experience and insight, save time and almost always save money with a package deal. When you are ready to reserve, we provide simple, secure payment options and in some cases, payment plans. We have a comprehensive reservations system to ensure your vacation runs perfectly when you arrive. Once you are in the country, we provide 24/7 customer service. If anything needs to be addressed after your vacation, we will be there with the same level of service we provided from the first day.
