This is a difficult question to answer as there are many variables that are out of our control. However, if you reserve far enough in advance, your odds are very good. Waiting until the last minute is never a good idea as most parks limit the number of tourists that can enter daily.
Note that Corcovado National Park requires advance reservations and you must be accompanied by a certified guide to enter the park. Manuel Antonio National Park and Poas Volcano National Park nearly always sell out well in advance. This is a growing trend and will likely only increase to other parks.
