Cabinas Jimenez is a colorful, budget-friendly lodge positioned directly on the beachfront of the Gulfo Dulce in Puerto Jimenez, on the Osa Peninsula of Southern Costa Rica. The Osa is a wild region with spectacular wildlife, lush jungles, and gorgeous beaches just a short drive away. Hotel amenities include a small swimming pool, secure free parking, and complimentary WiFi, bike and kayak rentals for guests.

The Osa Peninsula is one of the wildest and remote regions of Costa Rica. The main attraction is Corcovado National Park, which is considered one of the most biologically intense places on Earth. Guided nature hikes with naturalist guides are available from Puerto Jimenez daily. The Gulfo Dulce is frequented by several species of dolphins and whales. They are amazing to see from a kayak or choose to go on a more relaxing boat ride. Sport fishing is spectacular on the Gulfo Dulce and you can also go on adventures as waterfall rappelling or gold panning!

While there is not a restaurant onsite, the folks at Cabinas Jimenez will be happy to point you in the right direction. They are located in town, so there are plenty of options.
