Our thoughtfully designed and air-conditioned guest rooms at La Vela are furnished with premium bedding, a mini-refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a safe box, a terrace or balcony, espresso makers, spacious desks, and complimentary WiFi. The bathrooms are well-appointed with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. At approximately 300 sq feet, our cozy Standard Rooms are ideal for couples, offering a comfortable double bed or king-size bed, and some feature two single beds. Our Superior Rooms feature a queen-size bed and offer a bit more space at 320 sq feet, with a delightful garden view from the terrace. For an enticing upgrade, our Deluxe Rooms provide ample space at 360 sq feet, featuring a king-size bed and offering a pool view from the terrace. If you require additional bedding, these rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child with an extra bed. Our spacious Suites offer a generous 484 sq feet of space, a king-size bed, and a furnished patio. On request, you can add up to 2 single beds to these rooms, accommodating up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. Our largest room, the Master Suite, measures a generous 700 sq feet and boasts mountain views from the furnished patio. Similar to the Suites, you can add up to 2 additional single beds, making it perfect for up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. All our rooms are designated as smoke-free.
Pro tip: Unlike most Manuel Antonio hotels perched on the hillside, La Vela is nestled in the valley, offering a level, short stroll to the beach, national park, over 10 restaurants, as well as shops and boutiques. This prime location often eliminates the need for taxi cabs or the hassle of arranging and waiting for transportation, saving you approximately $24 per day when compared to most hillside hotels with twice-daily trips.
